The 5-Step Process

Register Your Account
Register, set up your login and password, then log in to your personal admin page. From there, you can claim a listing, add a new listing, edit a current listing, and purchase a banner ad.

Claim or Add Your Listing
If you received one of our 9″ x 11″ introductory postcards, your business already has a basic listing ready to be claimed and updated. To get started, create your admin page and log in. Search for your business in the search box, once you find it, click “Claim Listing”, choose the plan that best fits your needs, and complete the payment process. Now, you can begin customizing and setting up your listing.

Select Your Plan & Pay
If your business is not currently listed, simply follow the same steps above. Once on your admin page, select “New Listing,” choose the listing level that best fits your business, complete the payment process, and begin creating your listing.

Add Photos & Content
Adding Your Logo & Photos: Each listing level allows a different number of photos, with up to six images available on the Ultimate Plan. Your first image should sized at sized at 500px x 250px and include your business logo. This is important for a proper display on mobile devices. Additional photos can be uploaded in standard image sizes.

Customize Your Design
You have 4 options for Graphics Design.
- 1. You can pay a graphic designer to create your image.
- 2. We can design your 1st image/logo in the right dimensions for $49.
- 3. You can use a program like Canva to do it yourself.
- 4. Alternatively, leverage free AI tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini to handle the heavy lifting. Simply copy the prompt below, insert your specific business details, and generate your content. If you need to refine the results, enter your feedback in the chat box to iterate on them.

Using Al Tools for Your Banner Image Design
Attach your logo to the AI chat box. Copy and paste this message into the chat box: Using the attached logo, create a 500x250px listing banner for [Business Name]. Include the phone number [Phone], address [Address], and website [URL]. Use a “Modern and Sleek," or "Rustic and Historic," or "Bright and Colorful "style. Design with the color accents in the logo. Ensure all text is centered and easy to read for a visitor guide.] You’ve got this!" There you go, your listing will be up and running in no time and looking good. Remember the power of Banner Ads. These provide substantial exposure to your business in the visitor guide. Add your banner ad from your admin page.
