How are you determining the number of visitors staying at our lodging facilities each year?
Tourism data from local, state, and regional sources indicates that approximately 315,000 hotel room-nights were booked in Bartow County during 2025. Using an estimated average of 3.1 guests per occupied room, that represents approximately 975,000 hotel guest-nights during the year.
For 2026, hotel occupancy is projected to increase to approximately 325,000 room-nights, representing more than 1 million hotel guest-nights.
These estimates are based on available lodging inventory, occupancy data, and regional tourism statistics and are intended to provide a reasonable estimate of the annual overnight lodging activity generated by visitors to Bartow County.

Bartow Visitor Guide is a local directory that helps visitors and residents alike discover businesses, attractions, restaurants, services, events, and activities throughout Bartow County and the surrounding communities. Participating hotels, vacation rentals and campgrounds are ready to share the guide with their guests, and local businesses can join during Founding Member Enrollment.
How will my business listing be found?
Visitors can easily find what they need by browsing categories or searching keywords like "Pizza" or "Urgent Care” and then City. Creating your listing secures your spot in the directory, which participating hotels, vacation rentals, and campgrounds share directly with guests using strategically placed QR code placards in reception areas and rooms allowing instant access for their guests.
How often will my featured ad be shown?
Ads display using a least-shown-first system with random tie-breaking. Listings are prioritized with the fewest total views rather than relying on a strict timer. Each time the homepage loads or refreshes, a new group of featured ads appear ensuring maximum exposure and fair rotation for everyone. Example: a guest clicks and views featured listing, then returns to the home page, the ads automatically rotate to display a new set of featured businesses.
How do guests find the guide?
We equip local lodging facilities with sleek 5.5” x 8.5” QR code placards placed in high-traffic areas, including reception desks, lobby lounges, and guest rooms. A quick scan takes guests instantly to the directory.
Can business owners add their listings to the directory?
Yes, local business owners can create an account, submit their business information, and manage their listings through their personal dashboard. We also provide the service of designing and setting up all the graphics, pictures and verbiage in the listing if so needed. More on that in your dashboard.
